There are many upsides to using Vendisys - taking the manual labor from prospecting gives us other areas to focus our efforts while the bot is doing the work. We are able to have many different campaigns live at once so we are able to touch more prospects. Also they deliver PALs that turn into revenue. The system where Vendisys contact leads through LinkedIn is great but since the person/system sending the communication doesn't throughly understand the type of leads I'm looking for, several of them were not a fit and yet the prospect already committed to a meeting. Vendisys does all of the work for every single lead. The only work I do is telling the customer I would love to give them a demo of our platform. I like the quality of the leads as measured by how well they convert to pipeline and revenue. It is a very efficient program for us as compared to other sources of leads. I also like that Vendisys works closely with my BDRs to ensure a smooth flow of leads to the right people and that they are properly trained on how to follow-up with the leads. On occasion, we have accidentally emailed current customers or companies with whom we are already engaged. Managing suppressions is key, but can be difficult when companies employ multiple domains. This will drive some complaints from internal owners of those accounts, but Vendisys has been responsive in removing those from our campaigns in a timely manner.
